These Terms regulate the use of teko.agency and the contracting of Teko services.
Initial site contact is not a contract. Commercial relationship formalizes via signed proposal, agreed payment, and attached SOW.
Payments in BRL via Pix or transfer. For international clients: USD, EUR, CAD via Stripe or Wise.
Final deliverables licensed to client per SOW. Raw files remain Teko property.
